This stunning cabin is nestled among the forest in one of the quietest most serene areas you can find—Southern Hills. Just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
This vacation cabin was designed, built, and decorated by talented local artist Tommy Allen and his partner John Bivings. Tommy goes well beyond just building a cabin—he also incorporates lots of artistic touches in every project. He took the Wine Time theme seriously, handcrafting and designing light fixtures from wine barrel rings and glass carboys (a jug utilized in the wine making process). A small wall built from red wine stained barrel staves and a one-of-a-kind artwork created from wine barrel lids, flanks the huge 15-foot wall. He also hand constructed our massive dining room table from live edge blue Pine, as well as all the headboards and unique old barnwood finishes throughout.
Four identical suites with private baths will be sure to please any family or group. Each of the four suites offers king-size beds with sumptuous, luxury bedding, private bathrooms, and televisions in each. No more fighting over who gets the best suite at Wine Time!
The fifth bedroom includes, two triple bunk beds, television, HDMI gaming hookups, and vintage Donkey Kong arcade game that will be a fun activity for everyone.
Great open kitchen, dining and living room floor plan make for memorable gatherings. Wine Time has everything you need—you just bring the groceries and use the fully stocked kitchen or the outside grill area to create delicious meals. Coffee maker handles k-cups or ground coffee for those who have their favorite way to enjoy a cup of joe.
The living area features three couches, blankets to snuggle, a Bluetooth speaker, gas log fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the large forested back “yard” and babbling creek running during the spring and fall. We hope you will disconnect from the busy world for a while, but if you really want to stay connected, WIFI is available throughout the cabin.
The outside spaces are where you’ll want to hang! The covered back porch with comfy sectional, heater and ceiling fan will be a great place for any season. A swing set complete with slide, swings, rope ladder, and lookout is nestled by the back porch, as is the cook shack for the griller at heart. Prefer to enjoy the starry, starry nights? The uncovered hot tub is perfectly placed to enjoy a glass of wine while star gazing. A fire ring will beckon you to cross the creek and enjoy nature with smores over an open fire while relaxing in custom made cedar Adirondack chairs.
